He was predeceased by : his parents, John "Jack" Hoeper and Marilynn Hoeper (Gonion); his brothers, Stephen Hoeper and Robert Hoeper; and his niece Jessica Hoeper.

He is survived by : his daughters, Erica Heinemann (Rick), Ashley Raymond (Ryan) and Amanda Leopold (David); his grandchildren, Christian, Caleb, Ryley, Parker, Trevor and Trenton; his siblings, Danny Hoeper (Laura), Mike Hoeper (Brenda) and Mary Trudell (Chris); his sister-in-law Sharon Hoeper; and his nieces and nephews, Ryan, Matt, Renee, Jason, Emily, Amy, Will, Katie, Cayla and Jerry.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (528 2nd St, Menasha, WI 54952). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
