He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Crouch (Sather) and Hobert Crouch; his brother Lee Crouch; and his niece Diane Spoo. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Crouch (Raasch) of Matthew's Church; his children, Kelley Lee (Vernon) and Bryan Crouch; his grandchildren, Benjamin and Marissa Lee; his sister Cynthia Repenn; his sister-in-law Susan McVey (Joe); and his close friends, Alice and Leon Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are appreciated to the Neenah School.
