He was predeceased by: his mother Virginia Fowler (Turzinski); and his brother Philip Fowler. He is survived by: his father Gordon Fowler; his wife Janet; his son Blake Fowler (Bethany); his siblings, Steve Fowler (Samantha), Julie Fowler and Cathy Dominowski (Ted); his in-laws, Alan Miller, Carla Miller, Wayne Haushalter, Robert Haushalter and Phil Haushalter; and his pet Pearl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
