He was predeceased by : his parents, Ann Casperson and Clifford Casperson; his parents-in-law, George and Dolores Darling; his aunt Francis Hyland; his uncles, Edward, Frank and George Hyland; his half-brother Michael Hyland; and his brother-in-law Dale Darling.
He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his daughters, Sara Hooker (Jeremy) and Chelsey (Jason); his grandchildren, Maeve, Graham, Landry Hooker, Everett, Leland, Shepherd Foster, Teagan, Georgie and Maya Martz; his brother-in-law Jeffrey Darling (Jill Martin) of Milwaukee; and his close friend Hazel Rose.
Their celebration of his 90th birthday party during Covid was epic, including a Woodstock-style camp out, a glow-stick rave, and root beer floats.
