He was predeceased by: his father Victor Gillen; his brother Wayde Gillen; and his grandparents, Archie and Ruth Juliot. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Gillen (Juliot); his siblings, Chad Gillen (Terri) and Vickie Gillen; his nieces, Shawna Arciszewski (Eric), Hannah Gillen, Brooke Gillen and Sarah Gillen; and his nephew Jake Gillen. He is also survived by two great- nieces, and a great-nephew.
