He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Rieden and Isabel Rieden (Timm); his daughter Karen Boettcher; his brother James Rieden; and his sister-in-law Virginia Lake.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lake; his children, Paula Hultman (Michael), Linda Delveaux (Brian) and Michael Rieden; his son-in-law Andrew Boettcher; his grandchildren, Vincent, Luke, Sophia Boettcher and Orion Rieden; his sisters, Lorie Rieden, Ann Cross and Judy Gebraski (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Lake (Shirley), Gerry Lake, Robert Lake and Andrew Lake (Susan). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kessler Fahrenkrug Funeral Home (304 S Commercial St, Neenah, WI 54956). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
