Pakiz of Neillsville, Wisconsin, born in Willard, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Vladimir "Mirko" and Olga Pakiz (Tiran); his wife Rose; his son Dennis; his brother Gilbert; and his great grandchild Caroline Pakiz.

He is survived by : his former life partner Rosaline Plautz; his children, Larry Pakiz (Sue) of Greenwood, Dave Pakiz (Betty) of Huntley, IL and Patrice Pakiz (Alton Accola) of Apple Valley, MN; his grandchildren, Becky Hinds (Tim), Jack, Abigail, Theodore of Queen Creek, AZ, Mike Pakiz (Tara) and Logan of Destin, FL; his great grandchildren, Troy Pakiz (Jennifer), Amelia, Malia, Brody of Fayetteville, GA, Todd Pakiz (Kaysie), Brayden, Addison Rose of New Prague, MN, Nicole Pline (Tim), Ethan, Isaac of Chesapeake, VA, Andy Pakiz and Gavin of Fort Collins, CO; his sister Marie Kuznacic of Sheboygan; and his sister-in-law Marge Plautz of Chippewa Falls. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Because of Frank's love for reading, his family asks that donations be given in his name to the Greenwood Public Library.

“I love that your dad played at my wedding dance. I love that your dad played at 3 more sibling weddings in Willard. AND, I especially love that he just happened to be traveling through Montana with his accordion in tow when my brother, Steve, got married out there. It was a blast dancing to Frank’s polkas in a cousin’s garage! My condolences, Betty Thermos”
