It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tommy Phipps (Neillsville, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 8, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Tony Phipps; his parents, Lucille Phipps and Judson Phipps; and his sisters, Nancy Wagner and Margie Fillitz.
He is survived by: his partner Robin Schmitt; his son Jason Phipps; his daughter-in-law Jennifer Phipps; and his grandchildren, Katelin Phipps, Larry Phipps, Isaiah Phipps, Ryan Cooper and Brayden Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gesche Funeral Home & Cremation Service (4 S Grand Ave, Neillsville, WI 54456). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the American Legion Hall (6 Boon Blvd, Neillsville, WI 54456).
