He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Bailey and Jean Bailey (Warner). He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Bailey; his daughter Melissa Bailey; and his sisters, Nancy Hoppe (Rodney), Sharon Bailey and Janet Bailey.
