She was predeceased by: her parents, George Novak and Betty Novak (Warner). She is survived by: her husband John; her stepdaughters, Heather Crawford (Chris) and Samantha Banta; her grandchildren, Gavin Banta and Millie Crawford; her siblings, Julie Kreutzer (Tim Haferman) and Jeff Novak; her nephew Josh Kreutzer (Shanna); her niece Jessica Kroening (John); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaden, Kayla, Kendra Kreutzer, Maddie and Colton Kroening.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to make donations in Jody's name to your local humane society.
