He is survived by: his mother Rita Oltesvig (Przybyla); his children, Gwenda Knight, Shira Njoya (Wahinya), Colton Oltesvig and Kajon Oltesvig; his grandchild Safina Njoya; and his sisters, Nancy Oltesvig, Diane Oltesvig and Mary Darr (Beth Brunner).
