He is survived by: his children, Courtney Quinn (Anthony Clark, Sr.) of Schofield, Tyler Downs of Appleton, Christopher William of Wisconsin Rapids, Cole Palmer of Wisconsin Rapids and Eric Marc of Wisconsin Rapids; his siblings, Barbara Caves (John) of Port Edwards and Robert Cleworth, Jr. (Penny) of Wisconsin Rapids; his in-laws, Joseph and Adrian Mitch of Stevens Point; his siblings-in-law, Joseph "Rusty" Mitch (Wendy) of Plover, Donna Meulemans (Joe) of Seymour and Patti Mitch of Stevens Point; his grandchildren, Jeidan, Cayleb, Ryleigh and Loki; and his caregivers, Venessa and Jodi. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and aunts.
