She was predeceased by: her parents, Erna H. Damrow and Arthur W. Damrow; her husband David E. Schaefer of Matthew's Lutheran Church; her parents-in-law, John C. and Myrtle Schaefer; and her siblings, Waldemar Damrow (Emma) and Elvira.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Schaefer (Jackie) and Jackie Schaefer; her grandson Zachary Schaefer; her siblings-in-law, Roger Kehl and Joan Schaefer; her pet Duke; and her nieces, Brenda Scharrer and Bridget Rettler (Chad). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (N1245 St John's Way, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church Cemetery (N1245 St John's Way, Oconomowoc, WI 53066).
