He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Radke and Addaline Radke (Borchardt); his siblings, Nancy Lueck, Carol Rex (Claude), Sandra Braunschweig, Richard and Christine; and his pet Ivan.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Dorn of Matthew's Lutheran Church; his children, Kim Italiano of Watertown, Kathy Twardokus (Dale) of Iron Ridge, Keith (Tammy) of New York and Kelly Smith; his grandchildren, Rachel, Nicole, Karoline (Cody), Kevin (Amanda), Katie (Kyle), Kyle, Ean, Sean, Andrew, Owen (Chayce), Garrett (Cassandra), Julia (Nathan) and Lucas; his sisters, Lois Radke (Wally Parker) and Phyllis Kottke; and his brother-in-law Spencer Lueck.

In lieu of flowers, donations are preferred to the family.
