He is survived by: his children, Amy Burmester (Mike) and Morgan Cieslak; his grandchildren, Riley, Logan, Lucas and Josie; his parents, Debby Raygo (late Roger) and Ronald Cieslak (Nancy); and his siblings, Erica Sowinski (Tim) and Joel (Shannon). He is also survived by step siblings, other relatives and friends.
