He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Self; his siblings-in-law, Edward Gruber and Elizabeth Westrich; and his grandchild Jordan Hauke. He is survived by: his wife Anna (Gruber); his children, Sandra Buske (Donald), Stephen Bowmil (Cathy), Sharan Hauke (Tom) and Scott Bowmil (Heather); his grandchildren, Justyn Buske (Jill), Danielle Rees (Nate), Marques Buske (Jasmine), Lucas Buske, Brian Bowmil (Claudia), Alex Hauke (Mykaela) and Victoria Panoch (Derek); and his brothers-in-law, James and George Self.
