She is survived by: her husband John Nowak; her children, Peter Nowak and Alyssa Farmer; her siblings, Willie Erkens, Henk Erkens (Els) and Petra Muyres (Harry); and her brother-in-law Hans van of Riet. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
