He is survived by: his sons, Michael Repka (Beth), John Repka (Donna), Joseph Repka, Steven Repka (Bonnie) and Timothy Repka (Wendy); his grandchildren, Amanda Zahn (Dustin), Matthew Repka, Mark Repka, Katherine Murphy (Sean), Emma Repka, Rachel Repka, Carli Repka of John, Tyler Repka and Travis Repka; and his great grandchildren, Raelynn Zahn, Ayda Murphy and Sadie Murphy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
