He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jerilyn "Jeri"; his children, John J. Lucas, Andrew Lucas (Morgen), Jacob Lucas (Gracie) and Kyle Gillis (Jessica); his mother Christine Lucas; his siblings, JoAnne Stingl (Bil), James (Susan) and Joseph (Jodi); his father-in-law James A. Cole; his siblings-in-law, Jamie Easton (Mike), Jac Cole (Joan), Janelle Cole and Janet Hart (Jon); his close friends, David, Roseanne Silas and Jill Sokolowski; and his father John G. Lucas. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Church and Chapel Funeral Home (15250 W National Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated.
