He is survived by: his spouse Nancylee; his children, Thomas (Vicky), Allison Thompson (JT), Heather Maynor (Robert) and Sarah Koetsier (Dan); his grandchildren, Max, Julia, Anna, Alex, Dylan, Eric, Sarah, Nathan, Kelsey, Megan, Holly and Madelyn; and his sister-in-law Sallyanne Israel (Bert). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
