He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Diana Carver (Thomas) and Michael Berns, Sr. (Luann); his siblings, Becky McConnell (Nate), Kristen McClyman (Eric) and Jason Berns; his nieces and nephews, Abby, Carson McConnell, Tyler and Hailey McClyman; his aunts and uncles, Marie Jackson, Helen LaCroix (Joe), Anita Lorbiecki (Glenn), Ed Berns (Mary Beth), Cindy Lussier (John), Donald Polinske (Pauline), Dennis Polinske (Sandy), Robin Polinske (Pam), Jeff Polinske (Rich), Laura Naughton (Steve) and Bryan Polinske (Lisa); and his grandparents, John, Dorothy Berns, Don and Beth Polinske. He was also cherished by cousins and countless dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 22nd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (4800 S 84th St, Greenfield, WI 53228). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 22nd 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
