He was predeceased by: his son Christopher Mooney; his parents, Frank and Lydia; his siblings, Dennis, Patrick, Delores Knutowski, Roeseellen Sokol, Arlene Reed, Mavis Smith and Barbara Thompson; and his sister-in-law Margaret Detro.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mooney; his son Nathaniel Mooney; and his daughter-in-law Olivia Giles. He is also survived by his brother-in-law and sisters-in-law; many loving nieces and nephews; other dear relatives; and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael's memory to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
