He is survived by: his father Miles Thompson; his wife Kathryn; and his children, Meredith Thompson Schleis (Sam Schleis), Lauren Thompson Eddy (Mike Eddy), Blair Thompson (Evan Schroeder) and Dallas. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
