Richard N. Bartels Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard N. Bartels (New Berlin, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Richard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Richard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Norbert Bartels and Dorothy Bartels (Mitten); and his in-laws, Paul and Luz Escamilla (Medina). He is survived by: his wife Frances Tessa Bartels of Bayside, WI; his brothers-in-law, Michael Escamilla of Memphis, TN and Paul Andrew Escamilla (Cynthia Sanchez) of San Antonio, TX; his nephew Cpt Paul Steven Escamilla; and his nieces, Alyssia Escamilla (Andrew Campbell) and Bianca Escamilla.
