It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard L. Evans (New Berlin, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 23, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Helen Evans; his wife Carole Evans; his parents, Lloyd Evans and Evelyn Evans; his brothers, Ronald Evans and Leon Evans (Dee); and his stepdaughter Mary Hale.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Nelson (Peter), Laurie Evans, Dick Evans (Tammy) and John Evans (Jennifer); his stepchildren, Mike Hale, Karen Schauf (Kelly), Dave Hale (Ingrid) and Sue Pupak (Larry); his grandchildren, Erik Nelson, Brandon Nelson, Madalyn Brown, Olive Willis (Bailey), Alexander Evans, Clayton Phelps, Holly Rate (Cameron), Kassie Benson (Andy), Joe Schauf, Nathan Hale, Loren Hale and Aaron Hale; and his great grandchildren, Carolyn, Declan and Rory. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Holy Apostles Catholic Church (16000 W National Ave, New Berlin, WI 53151). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Center, Milwaukee Rescue Mission, and Catholic Charities are welcomed.
