He is survived by: his son Steven Lazarczyk (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Ethan and Amelia Lazarczyk; his siblings, Mary Sidebottom (Jim), Ellen Knippel (Ron), LeRoy DeSalvo and John Lazarczyk; his siblings-in-law, David Martin (Kay) and Dale Martin (Kim); and his nieces and nephews, Ryan Knippel (Kim), Emily Berg (Nick) and Kyle (Kelsey). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
