He is survived by: his wife Diane Collins-Ehleiter; his daughter Leah Cook (Curtis); his grandsons, Troy and Wesley; his son Robert Burczyk; his niece Nikki Lange (Michael); his nephew Chad Ehleiter (Kathy); his great-nephews, Joshua, Jacob, Adam and Alex; his children, Julie, Jinny, Justine and Joshua (Amy); his grandchildren, Erica, Aundrea, Shawn, Grace and Jabin; his great grandchildren, Eliana and Keith; and his family, Luke Dufek, Drew Hacker, Derek Best, John Pfannerstill, Matt Jantz, Rich Parfery and Matt Erdman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Terry's honor may be made to Woodridge Community Church benevolent fund, Canine Cupids, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the charity of your choice.
