He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Bentley and Pauline Bentley. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Bentley (Todd Tyler) and William Bentley (Nicole); and his granddaughter Regan Andrus. He is also survived by other loving relatives, and friends.
