She is survived by: her sons, David Leshok (Jean) and Paul Leshok (Luanne); her grandchildren, Michael Leshok (Veronica), Matthew Leshok (Andrea), Pamela Peplinski (Ryan), Brian Leshok (Laura) and Adam Leshok (Jenny); and her great grandchildren, Elena, Noah, Zachery, Quinn, Wyatt, Anastasia, Roxy, Francis, Cecilia, Decker, Lucy and Max. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
