He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. McGowan, Sr. and Rosalie McGowan (Serio); his wife Connie; his former wife Lynn; his sister Rosie; and his brother-in-law Richard Tyszka.
He is survived by: his children, Mike, BJ (Jodie), Bobby, Ashley and Anna; his siblings, Carol Anne, Mary Gottschalk, Marge Kurtz (Bill), Jeanne Tyszka and Tony (Gwen); and his grandson Tommy. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Bill's memory.
