He is survived by: his children, Steve Mercier (Sue) of New Franken, Kevin Mercier (Patti) of New Franken, Dennis Mercier (Debbie) of New Franken, Lori Geniesse (Chris Vandervest) of New Franken and Lynn Holschuh (Davey Delcore) of Luxemburg; his grandchildren, Matt (Jodi), Chad (Liz), Samantha (Taylor), Phill (Chrissy), Joe (Alycia), Kayla (Adam), Brad (Rebecca), David (Jenna), Dan (Natalie), Dylan (Alicia), Alexa, Maia, Grace and Elaina; his sister Jeanette Dequaine (Stan); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Michiels, Judy Kerscher, Pam Vogel (Allen) and Ron Mathey (Connie). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
