He is survived by: his children, Chad Hoffmann (Stacy) and Jean Doxtator (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Anna, Blake Hoffmann Avery and Elliot Doxtator; and his siblings, Randall Hoffmann, David Hoffmann (Susan), Pamela Trick and Jill Hoffmann.
