It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brooke Elaine Mathews of New Glarus, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Steven Kraska; her grandparents, Harold, Shirley Kraska (Neefe) and Harry Keller; and her cousin Nikki Arms.
She is survived by: her mother Janet Kraska (Keller); her husband Greg Mathews of John's Catholic Church; her son Tucker; her grandmother Elsie Keller (Broeker) of Boscobel, WI; her brother Jason Rubitsky of Tomah, WI; her parents-in-law, Tim and Brenda Mathews of Spring Green, WI; her siblings-in-law, Julie Kast (Mike) of Reedsburg, WI, Sara Peterson of Mauston, WI and James Mathews (Jami) of Fisher, MN; her nieces, Haylee, Madi Kast, Ally Rubitsky, Avery and Elsie Mathews; and also Randy Wirtz. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and her mother.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established for Tucker.
