He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Frank and Genevieve E. Frank; and his siblings, Donald and Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Toni; and his sons, James (Patricia), Peter (Sandra), Theodore (Shirley) and Timothy (Sherri). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
