He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar and Laura; and his siblings, Ethel, Evelyn, Darlene, Jordeen and Obert Fosaaen.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Edwin Allen Disch, Ruth Anne Disch, Don Allen Matson and Shirley Ann Beeney; his stepdaughter-in-law Linda Disch; his stepgranddaughter Tiffany Disch; his stepchildren, Willis Disch Jr. of Wisconsin, Larry Disch (Linda) of Wisconsin, Donna Mulhollon (Leonard) of Wisconsin, Dorene Disch of Wisconsin and Hugh Matson (Hae Kyung) of Arizona; and his brothers-in-law, Roy Klitzke and Harry Saxer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
He visited every state but Alaska which was scheduled in 2020 but had to be cancelled because of the pandemic.
A memorial fund has been established.
