He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Topp and Mary Topp (McCabe); his wife Alice Egbert; his sister Lois; and his brother-in-law Dave Stedman.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Topp, Mike Topp, Curtis Topp, Katherine "Katie" Johnson (Doug), Michelle "Shelly" Mason (Patrick) and Melissa "Missy" Karpinski (Brian); his grandchildren, Josh (Channy), Luke Topp, Kiley, Ian Johnson, Charlie, Lily, CeCe Mason, Trent and Mitchel Karpinski; his great grandchildren, Desiree and Blayne Topp; and his sister Mary Nelson (Jeff). He is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Puempel's Olde Tavern (18 5th Ave, New Glarus, WI 53574).
