It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Russell Reuter of New Glarus, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter Lynne Hustad (Duane); his wife Marie Stuckey; his parents, Clarence Reuter and Minnie Adeline Reuter (Kubly); his parents-in-law, Rev. Walter J. and Mayme Stuckey (Braun); his sister Donna Rupnow; his siblings-in-law, Stan Rupnow, Sylvan Kundert (Sib), Paul Stuckey, Robert Stuckey, Arnold Kehrli, George Frontzak, Dorothy Kehrli, Martha Stuckey and Maria Stuckey; and also Gloria Briggs.
He is survived by: his sister Sandra Frontzak; and his sister-in-law Ruth Kundert. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Swiss United Church of Christ (18 5th Ave, New Glarus, WI 53574). A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
