He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Winkers and Carol Winkers (McCullick); his sister Pam Pospichal; and his siblings-in-law, Tabitha and Larry Steffes.
He is survived by: his wife Tonna Tupper; his daughter Teagan; his siblings, Kevin Winkers, Karen Scullion (Jim), Tim Winkers (Lori Salis), Lisa Smelzer (Jim) and Brenda Prestwood (Randy); his brother-in-law Kenneth Pospichal; his mother-in-law Donna Carey; his siblings-in-law, Andy and Amanda Tupper; and his close friends, Grif, Heather and Hayes Pesch. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces/nephews.
