He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Turba and Seraphine Turba (Perl); his sons, John J Turba Jr. and Jerald Turba; his sisters, Betty Schnell (Eldridge), Lucina Krebsbach (Erwin) and Rosemary Steffen (Kenneth); Donald Dhein, Jim Buzaitas, Tommy Mayer, Lois Dhein and Betty Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Turba (Mayer) of New Holstein; his sons, Jeffrey (Lisa) of Elkhart Lake, WI, James (Hannah) of Denver, CO. and Joel (Kendra) of Seattle, WA.; his grandchildren, Heather (Josh), Ryan, William, Ellie Turba, Payton, Maddie and Charlee; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Vandehei (Dick) and Fred Mayer (Roxie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
