Miller (Van Deurzen); his wife Jody Loppnow; his children, Alex Miller (Bailey), Andrew Nitzke (Alexis), Angus Miller, Annaliese Miller and Andy Loppnow; his grandchildren, Adrianna, Braeden, Cameron, Delaney Miller, Nate and Clara Nitzke; his siblings, Paul Miller (Paula) and Kay Heus (Neal); his stepmother-in-law Sue Ellen Loppnow; and his brothers-in-law, David Loppnow, Keith Loppnow (Andrea) and Jason Loppnow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
