She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hoekstra and Audrey Hoekstra (Neuhoff). She is survived by: her husband DuWayne Klessig of Paul's Lutheran Church; her children, Todd, Chad and Heather; her grandchildren, Isaac, Keliah, Bethany, Gabriel and Simone; and her caregivers, Tami, Marissa, Addison, Shaye, Tammy, Katrina, Eden, Laura, Amy, Angie and Diane. She is also survived by her husband, children, and grandchildren.
She passed peacefully at Homestead Health Services in New Holstein after a courageous journey with Parkinson's disease, having just celebrated her 78th birthday.
