He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smith and Lillian Smith (Langer); his brother George; his sister-in-law Jeri Smith; his sister Donna; and his brothers-in-law, Harry Helfrich and Bruce Rhutasel.
He is survived by: his wife Sonja Smith; his children, Kimberly Southworth of New Lisbon, Lora Southworth of Appleton and Greg Smith (Heidi) of Appleton; his grandchildren, Bryant Southworth, Cole Southworth and Maize Smith; and his siblings, Sharon Rhutasel and Richard Smith.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lone Rock Baptist Church (N8197 6th Ave, New Lisbon, WI 53950). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
