He is survived by: his wife Renee Sylvester (Sadler); his daughters, Tina Sylvester and Tammy Jackson; his grandchildren, Addison, Riley Sylvester, Kaylee and Luke Conning; his siblings, Eugene Sylvester and Donna Fani; Dena Wendling and Nancy Janus.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Christian Church of Mauston in his memory.
