He was predeceased by: his father Donald Curtiss; and his great-nephew Warren Klockziem. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Curtiss (Nitzske); and his siblings, Sonya Voight (Mark), Shelley Brown (James), Sharla Jens (Steve), Sandy Buman (Jim) and Stacey Cupery (Randy). He is also survived by his family, friends.
