She was predeceased by: her husband Dick Polley; her parents, Arthur Gorges and Leona Gorges; her son Thomas Polley; her siblings, Melvin Gorges, Clifford Gorges and Arleen Johnson; her siblings-in-law, Dan Polley, Jim Borman, Harland Steffen, Joseph Marzolf, Orville Johnson, Jill Borman, Pauline Steffen, Dorothy Marzolf, Mary Gorges and June Gorges; and her siblings' children, Judy and Ken.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Carlovsky (Steve), Jane Polley, Robert Polley (Lori) and William Polley (Tammy); her daughter-in-law Carol Polley; her grandchildren, Kristen, Courtney, Karyn Carlovsky, Michael Polley (Christie), Amy Keesler, Abby Weix, Zachariah (Jordan) and Madison Polley; her stepgrandchildren, Christian Siekert (Sarah) and Michaella Siekert; her great grandchildren, Brittain, Miranda, Alli, Neriah, Addison, Coleman, Jack, Reiker, Bradford and Will; and her siblings-in-law, James Polley (Linda) and Rose Ann Polley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
