He was predeceased by: his parents, August Ziemer and Adeline Ziemer; his sons, Kent, Kurt and Chad; his parents-in-law, Louis and Tillie Konrad; and his sister-in-law Karen Konrad.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou of Mary's Catholic Church; his daughter Lynn Goodman (Gary); his granddaughters, Alicia Bailey (John), Stephanie Melzer (Cam) and Nicole Hoople (Jake); and his brothers-in-law, Leo Konrad, Red Konrad (Dorothy) and Pete Konrad (Pam).
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Most Precious Blood Catholic Church (120 E Washington St, New London, WI 54961).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established, with proceeds going to the Michael J. Fox Foundation. For Parkinson's research.
