He is survived by: his mother Mary Ann Craig (Knudsen); his son Dalton Jack (Connie); his wife Connie Kay Buch; his siblings, John (Sue), Jeff (Becky) and Cathi; his father-in-law Frank Buch (Janice); his siblings-in-law, Faye Buch, Kurt and Kevin (Christal); and his nieces and nephews, Katie, Dan (Rio), Colton (Emily), Carissa, Cassidy (Evan), Brady (Kellynn), Ashley, Emily and Riley. He is also survived by other relatives and many, many friends.
