He is survived by: his former wife Laurie Myelle; his sons, Matthew Kadlec and Lukas Kadlec; and his grandson Jasper. He is also survived by brother and sister; several nieces and nephews and many friends and neighbors.
Steve chose to donate his corneas and soft cartilage to others so their lives would be enriched.
