She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmanuel Richter and Ella Richter (Wede); her husband George Phillips; her children, Douglas and Ella; her granddaughter Kimberly; her brother Allen Richter; and her close friend Allen Lundt.

She is survived by: her children, Lee Phillips (Lorraine), William Phillips (Joan), Ronald Phillips (Darla), Loretta Wildenberg (Kelly), Robert Phillips (Tanya) and Lisa Schreiber; and her grandchildren, Tabitha, Dan, Steven, Danny, Mark, Brian, Kara, Jamie, Anna, William, Tracy, Cody, Jason, Heather, Mitchel, Gabe, Ashley, Emily, Dray, Cole and Amber.
