He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jean, Daniel Potter and Kenneth Johnson; and his uncles, Ricky Johnson and Steve Johnson.

He is survived by: his son Corbin Johnson; his parents, Joe and Kim; his brothers, Mathew (Kristen), Nicholas (Anna) and Zachary; his nieces and nephews, Landan, Brantley, Preston and Sutton; his grandmother Elfrieda Johnson; and his aunts and uncles, Michelle Tarman (Brad), Jenifer Radinzel (Brad), Amy Johnson (Jeff Frank), Denice Swiggum (Wade), Bruno Johnson (Brenda), Gary Johnson (Rita) and Lisa Johnson. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
